Berilah mereka mut‘ah, bagi yang kaya sesuai dengan kemampuannya dan bagi yang miskin sesuai dengan kemampuannya pula, sebagai pemberian dengan cara yang patut dan ketentuan bagi orang-orang yang berbuat ihsan.
O you who think (are âAdult malesû)! Once you deal with one another in contracting a financial debt for a fixed time, then produce it down. Let a scribe write it down in between you with fairness; plus the scribe mustn't flinch to write as Allah has taught him, so he should really produce exactly the way it is; and Permit him who owes the debt dictate. And Allow him have piety (takwâ) to Allah, his Lord, (and Enable him guard himself towards His Orders) and Allow him not diminish everything from it; but if he who owes the debt is unsound in comprehension, or weak or (if) he is unable to dictate himself, Enable his guardian dictate in justice (with fairness); and connect with in to witness from among your Adult men two witnesses; but when you will find not two men, then a single guy and two women of like you approve as witnesses, so that if one of the two (Girls) forgets, the opposite (woman) may possibly remind her; along with the witnesses mustn't refuse when they're summoned; don't become weary to write it (your contract) (whether it is) compact or big, together with the date of payment. This is more equitable in the Sight of Allah and assures higher precision in testimony and the nearest (way) to stop uncertainties amongst yourselves, other than when it is actually ready goods which you give and consider (cash in-income out) between yourselves from hand to hand, then there is not any sin on you if you do not publish it down. But just take witnesses everytime you purchase-provide with one another, and Permit no damage be done to the scribe or into the witness; and if you do (it), then undoubtedly It will probably be wickedness (Fisq=heading outside of the best way of Allah or slipping out of The trail of Allah) to suit your needs. Have piety (takwâ) towards Allah and Allah teaches you, and Allah is definitely the All-Figuring out of all points. (282)
2:264 يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُبْطِلُوا صَدَقَاتِكُمْ بِالْمَنِّ وَالْأَذَىٰ كَالَّذِي يُنْفِقُ مَالَهُ رِئَاءَ النَّاسِ وَلَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۖ فَمَثَلُهُ كَمَثَلِ صَفْوَانٍ عَلَيْهِ تُرَابٌ فَأَصَابَهُ وَابِلٌ فَتَرَكَهُ صَلْدًا ۖ لَا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَيْءٍ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ O you that have considered, never invalidate your charities with reminders or harm as does just one who spends his wealth [only] to get observed through the individuals and does not believe in Allah and the Last Working day.
284. To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is to check here the earth, and regardless of whether you disclose what exactly is inside your ownselves or conceal it, Allah will connect with you to account for it. Then He forgives whom surah baqarah full read He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah is Able to do all things.
“All that is inside the heavens plus the earth is for Allah, and no matter what is as part of your hearts, irrespective of whether you expose them or cover them, Allah will choose account of them from you, then He will forgive whom He wills and punish whom He wills. will give, and Allah has ideal power over every thing.”
٨- وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّـهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ ◯
118. And individuals who have no information say: "Why doesn't Allah talk to us (face to face) or why won't an indication arrive at us?" So claimed the here individuals in advance of them phrases of comparable import. Their hearts are alike, We now have in truth produced plain the indicators for those who imagine with certainty.
So they've drawn on on their own wrath upon wrath. And for that disbelievers, there is disgracing torment.
But as for people who disbelieve, they are saying, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thus and guides a lot of thereby. And He misleads not apart from the defiantly disobedient,
٢- ذَٰلِكَ الْكِتَابُ لَا رَيْبَ ۛ فِيهِ ۛ هُدًى لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ ◯
2:167 وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوا لَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ كَمَا تَبَرَّءُوا مِنَّا ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُرِيهِمُ اللَّهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ حَسَرَاتٍ عَلَيْهِمْ ۖ وَمَا surah baqarah read online هُمْ بِخَارِجِينَ مِنَ النَّارِ Those that followed will say, "If only we experienced Yet another convert [at worldly lifetime] so we could disassociate ourselves from them as they have disassociated on their own from us.
279. And if you do not do it, then take a recognize of war from Allah and His Messenger but should you repent, you shall have your capital sums. Offer not unjustly (by asking much more than your cash sums), and you also shall not be handled unjustly (by obtaining under your capital sums).
And concern per day when no soul will suffice for an additional soul in any respect, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will more info payment be taken from it, nor will they be aided.
٣- الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْغَيْبِ وَيُقِيمُونَ الصَّلَاةَ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ ◯
